Yvonne is 16 years old and was orphaned two years ago. Both of her parents died from the AIDS virus.
Yvonne was relocated to the countryside when her mother became seriously ill; she later died and left her with her elder brother and an aunt. Yvonne’s health was deteriorating because she wasn’t taking her medication properly and she was not receiving a balanced diet.
Now at Neema Rescue house, Yvonne’s medical needs are looked after by Lea Toto (a local medical centre). She is now monitored and receives the life-saving medication she needs. Currently, Yvonne is attending the Ayany Primary School and staying at the Neema Rescue House, where she has been brought back to health and is now thriving.
A week ago, I got a severe ligament strain while playing basketball. The pain was immense, and my ankle became swollen within minutes. I went to the clinic, where I received all the needed manipulations and a prescription for Soma. I’m still taking soma 350mg pills three times daily. The pain is almost gone and hopefully, I’ll be fine soon.
